Their Place Storage has been a very safe and secure facility since 1980. It is located in a residential area, one-quarter mile from the Chagrin Falls Village business district. You store it, lock it and keep the key!

- The lockers are surrounded by fencing and lighting.
- An automatic gate access system with keypad allows access to the facility from 7am to 9pm daily. 
- A manager is on-site from 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
- 24-hour video camera surveillance.
- Daily lock checks by staff.
